Rather than an institutional setting, our residence has a maximum of five residents, ensuring that your loved one receives the best healthcare tailored to their needs. Our staff is present 24/7 to ensure the highest quality safety standards among our residents. Additionally, our 1 to 5 staff to resident ratio ensures that personal connections are made so that our guests feel right at home.

Dee Dee Vallier is the primary owner of A Home Sweet Home. She started her career in senior care in 2001. After working at several assisted living communities, in 2014 she designed and built A Home Sweet Home based on what she saw as the best features for a beautiful comfortable home that would accommodate those with aging challenges and memory care needs.

Dee Dee manages the daily operations, provides hands on care and coordinates the care of the residents’ at the direction of their personal physicians. Dee Dee and her qualified caregivers are able to meet the needs of a variety of conditions such as dementia, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other conditions that require treatment and monitoring. Additionally, Dee Dee is certified for Advanced Memory Care by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Ali has over 20 years experience at giving professional care, 11 years clinical hospital experience, and 6 years with hospice patients. She has also been a certified CNA since 2005 and CNA II since 2006.
